THE PROJECT:
This client wanted to work very collaboratively and closely on this project. The subject matter experts met with our team to discuss the learning objectives, the existing training, and the existing training resources. From there we offered suggestions and recommendations. We then worked collaboratively in making the needed updates.
THE RESULT:
Our client is incredibly confident with their live training strategy and presentation resources. The former 3-day training now take 1 day and brings about the same learning results. “Fluff” has been eliminated. Activities that were too long and not effective have been replaced with engaging learning activities that directly relate with the desired learning outcomes. Because the training takes less time, it is more appealing to their current and potential client customers or in other words, they have just increased their sellability significantly.
