THE NEED:
Franklin Covey’s education division, Leader in Me, needed help improving their live training for teachers. They also needed help creating their first-ever online training solution so that all of their administrators and teachers could learn on-demand, anytime, anywhere.

- Their live training content and resources to be better
- Their live training to be made into an online resource
- Custom images captured and incorporated into the course
- A long scrolling page style
- A consistent learning arch for each module
- Videos, text, interactive pieces, in each module
- An action plan accessible to learners in each lesson

THE SOLUTION:
One of our team members led the production work of this project. She coordinated the work of FranklinCovey’s SMEs and the work of other contributing team members. She created prototypes of the learning experience in Elucidat aligned with the format and content as requested. She spearheaded the preparation and carrying out of on-site photoshoots at multiple schools in multiple states in the US, and carried out the project management aspects of scheduling, teamwork collaboration, and production on the project. What is the course result? Their teachers throughout the world no longer need to wait for a live training in order to jump into the content and begin learning. For the Franklin Covey’s Leader in Me team, this means that for the first time ever, they are able to scale their influence and for their client schools to have on-demand learning.
THE DIFFERENCE THIS MADE FOR OUR CLIENT:
They now have scalability, better visual assets, better resources for their trainers to use, as well as administrators and teachers who are pleased to have on-demand training resources for the first time.
